Easy Lasagna
1 pd. lean ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 16 oz. container ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. parmesean cheese
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 c. water

In large skillet brown beef and drain. Add sauce, heat thoroughly.
In a 13x9 inch baking dish, spread 1 1/2 cups of sauce mixture. Top with 3 uncooked noodles, half of all the cheeses and half the parsley. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sauce mixture. Pour the water around the edges of pan. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Let stand several minutes before cutting into serving size pieces.
