Mexican Cornbread

Great with Chili, Bean Soup or just a "take-along".

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup cream style corn
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 lg hot pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm onion, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 until golden brown, approx. 30 minutes.
