Old Fashion Skillet Cake

This is an old southern country recipe for a cake in a hurry. Just top with fruit and/or ice cream and you have a quick dessert for unexpected company.

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teas vanilla
1/2 cup milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour into large greased iron skillet. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
