1 9" pie shell
1/2-1 cup cheese of choice, cheddar, swiss, jack
1/2-1 cup chopped veggies or meat
1 cup milk
1/2 teas herbs of choice, oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper
Distribute cheese and meat/veggies in the bottom of pie shell.
Mix remaining ingredients together; pour over. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
