1 pkg (16oz) pork sausage*
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
10 eggs, beaten
1 cup (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (12oz) can Big Country biscuits
Heat oven to 375. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausae mixture. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 13x9 inch or 2-1/2 qt. baking dish.
Pour sausage mixture into biscuit lined pan.
bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
*You can substitute ground turkey sausage to reduce fat and calorie content.
