Breakfast Biscuits

1 pd pork sausage
1 med chopped onion
1 med chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lg egg, beaten w/sm amount of milk
2 pkg (10 count) refrigerater biscuits

Brown sausage, drain. Saute onion and green pepper in sausage drippings, drain well. Let sausage and veggies cool. Incorporate cheese and egg into sausage mixture and refrigerate over night. Roll biscuits very thin and place a spoonful of mixture in center and fold, crimping edges with fork. Bake 350 until golden brown.
