Country Breakfast Pie

1 pgk (16oz) pork sausage
1 9" pie shell
1-1/2 cups grated swiss cheese*
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 teas chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup light cream

Cook sausage until done, crumble and drain. Mix cheese with sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Pour in shell. Bake 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes before serving.

*Sharp cheddar cheese may be substituted.
