Breakfast Sausage and Egg Casserole

1 pkg (pound) pork sausage
6 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1 teas salt
1 teas dry mustard
2 slices day old bread, crushed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 tbls chopped onion

Brown and drain sausage. Mix all ingredients together and pour into 11x7 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
