Caramel Pie

4 egg yolks
1 cup white sugar, browned*
2 tbls flour
2 cups milk

Mix eggs, flour and milk together and cook until begins to thicken. Brown the sugar in an iron skillet. Pour mixture in brown sugar and cook until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.

*Put sugar in a iron skillet and stir over med to med high heat until browned.
