1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup minced pecans
1/2 cup melted butter
2 (8oz) pkgs softened cream cheese
1-1/3 cups sugar, divided
2 teas vanilla, divided
2 cups sour cream
Combine flour, sugar, pecans and butter. Press into bottom of a 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 teas vanilla. Add eggs. Beat well. Pour into crust and bake 20 minutes.
Combine sour cream, remaining 1/3 cup sugar and 1 teas vanilla. Pour over baked fulling and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate before cutting into small squares.
