Chocolate Eclair Cake

This recipe was given to me by a wonderful online friend. Her grandmothers favorite and sure to be yours as well. Thanks, Arley!

Butter a 13x9 inch pyrex dish and arrange a layer of graham crackers, not crushed.

Mix together

1 6oz pkg French Vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 8 oz Cool Whip

Layer pudding and graham crackers until all of the pudding is used, ending with graham crackers. Frost with Fudge Frosting below.

Fudge Frosting

1 cup sugar
1/8 teas salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 teas vanilla

Combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, cook one minute. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cool. Beat until smooth and thick enough to spread. Refrigerate all day or overnight before serving.
