Flavored Coffee

These are great substitutes for the more expensive "International" varieties.

Cafe Vienna

1 cup instant coffee
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 cups non-fat dry milk
1 teas cinnamon

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.

Swiss Mocha

1 cup instant coffee
1 cup sugar
2 cups non-fat dry milk
4 teas cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients together. Store on airtight container. Use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.

Cinnamon and Spice

2/3 cup instant coffee
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 teas cinnamon
1/2 teas nutmeg
1/2 teas allspice

Combine all ingredients together. Store in airtight container. Use 2 to 21/2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water.
