Diabetic Pumpkin Pie

1 unbaked deep dish pie shell; refrigerated, frozen or homemade
2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg substitute
1 can (16oz) solid pack pumpkin
5-1/2 teas Equal Measure or 18 packets Equal
1/2 teas salt
1/2 teas ground ginger
1 teas ground cinnamon
1/4 teas ground cloves
1 can (12oz) evaporated skim milk

Prepare pie shell. Prdheat oven to 425. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425. Reduce temperature to 350, bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center come out clean. Cool on wire rack.
