Fresh Apple Cake

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup oil
2 teas cinnamon
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
1 teas vanilla

Cream eggs, sugar and oil together. Add remaining ingredients. Flour and grease bundt pan or 13x9 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown.

Icing:
1 stick margarine
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup milk
1 teas vanilla

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Boil one minute. Pour over cake.
