Fruit Cocktail Pie

1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (16oz) carton sour cream
2/3 cup sugar
1 teas vanilla
1 teas lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust
extra graham cracker crumbs

Mix together the drained fruit cocktail, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. top with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator. Makes 2 pies.
