Great way to serve that left-over baked ham.
6 cups cooked sliced potatoes
1-1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1-1/2 cups cooked broccoli florets
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2-1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas pepper
Combine potatoes, ham, broccoli, and onion in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
In a saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook for one minute. gradually add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese,salt and pepper; stir until cheese melts. Pour over potato mixture, stirring gently to combine. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
