2 sticks butter
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1 teas baking powder
2 cups flour
dash salt
1 egg yolk
powdered sugar
Bohemian Kitchen Klabish or Solo fruit topping, any flavor

Cream butter, add cheese and egg yolk. Sift flour, sat and baking powder together. Work well with hands. Chill until firm, about 2-3 hours. Roll out dough thin. Cut into 2" squares and place 1 teas filling in center and bring opposite corners together and pinch to close. You can also cut into circles and put filling in center. Bake 15 minutes at 375. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
