Really easy and yummy!
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8oz)
1 (120z) pkg macaroni, cooked and drained
20 Ritz crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
In saucepan over med-high heat, melt 1/4 cup margarine. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and begins to boil. Cook and stir one minute. Stir in cheese until melted. Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in a 2 quart casserole. Melt remaining margarine and stir in crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
