Pineapple-Mandarin Orange Cake


A really delicious refrigerator cake.

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
1 20 ounce can 'sweet' crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all ingredients together with the exception of pineapple and bake in 350 oven until golden brown.
When cake is done and still hot from the oven, pour pineapple over cake. Cool completely. Top with topping recipe below.

Topping

1 lg. can 'sweet' crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 12oz. bowl Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together and spreak over cooled cake. Refrigerate
