Peach Cake

Simple, yummy, moist cake.

2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teas cinnamon
1 teas baking soda
1 lg. can sliced peaches, drained* and diced

Mix together all ingredients, adding peaches last. Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Cool and top with icing below.

*If you prefer your cake really moist, leave a little juice.

Icing

1 sm can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 teas vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix ingredients together in a small saucepan, simmering for 10 minutes. Pour on cake and cool.
