Pecan Butter Balls (Melt-Aways)

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teas salt
1 cup butter
2 teas vanilla
1 cup minced pecans
powdered sugar

Sift together flour sugar and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and vanilla. Add flour mixture gradually. Add pecans. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Roll into 1" balls. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
