Sausage Rice Casserole

This is a little different, but really good.

1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 lg chopped onion
2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Brown onions in sausage drippings, drain. Mix all ingredients together, then pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish. Bake 350 until hot and bubbly. Approximatly 30 minutes.
