2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1-1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teas salt
14 teas nutmeg
1 teas vanilla
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine potatoes with other ingredients. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Turn heat down to 350 and bake for one hour and 20 minutes.
