2 pds. lean ground beef
1 C crushed saltine crackers
1 med. onion chopped fine
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1/4 C catsup
salt and pepper to taste
1 T. worchestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients, and mix thoroughly. (do not over handle meat) Place in shallow pan, shape into loaf. If you prefer you can drizzle a little catsup over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350. First half covered and then uncover for last half.
